It’s more likely they miss than they hit. The sec already has bama, uga, ole miss, Texas an and m, Texas all as better jobs than Florida. So right off the bat, 6 jobs that are likely better and that doesn’t include Oklahoma or lsu which are most likely better jobs/teams than Florida. So a new coach has to come in and elevate them past 8-9 schools that aren’t in turmoil.

I think we've reached that point already...even the "lesser brands" in SEC/B1G are just riding on the wagon, not pulling it.

Either salary/program caps are installed or the college eco system, as it exists, simply doesn't survive.

Well I would hope death threats isn't the reason he coaches. Also it really shouldn't be part of what you sign up for. I hate when my team loses but if it makes you want to send a death threat to a coach it may be time to go outside and touch some grass.
