But the suck tax isn’t enough. Mike hand picked dju and do nothing for him. His only success was with a guy that was in the program for five years. He can not pitch to a good qb any success in helping a transfer improve his stock in fact, if anything, he’s showing he’s a qb killer.

That’s why he might have to given a four year Rashada type deal to a QB - only as a one year deal.

I genuinely don't know what Norvell can do to turn things around up there. It's YEAR FIVE and it's going to be his THIRD LOSING SEASON at FSU. Record is literally 3-7, 5-7, 10-3, 13-1, and probably going to be 2-10. He's never closed strong in recruiting and all their HS guys have been busts. I just don't understand how they could whiff so bad in the portal and in HS recruiting. I thought they'd be a 7-5/8-4 team this year but ****. As terrible as we've been the past 20 years, they've had five losing seasons in the last seven seasons. That's just mind blowing.

Mike's going to have to go all out in the portal next year, which created the problems he has now in the first place. He's always going to go for the band aid solution, because he cannot recruit at a high enough level.

I wonder if he keeps playing Glenn so he's less likely to lose him in the portal, leaving him with a QB room of nothing but Kromenhoek. Given his inability to recruit and how poorly Ukelele played, he woul struggle to back fill that room.

Thought the same exact thing. He's looking at going into spring with 1 scholarship QB who has only played QB a couple of years if they don't retain Glenn or bring someone in portal. No clue if they have an early enrollee
