jhall's doing a complete workout on the smith machine. slides the flat bench in for bench, then moves to a squat set up but instead does calf building toe raises. moves on to unassisted 135/lb squats. colombian chicks waiting are bemused by how a big guy could be so "muy debil" they are further confused when they try to strike up a conversation with him and he starts talking about late 80s ****. /jk jhall
