I posted in another thread that Miami has had 75 NFL draft picks since 2005 - 22 in the last 4 years.
LaTech has had 16 since 2005, 8 in the last 4 years.

Each year with Golden and others, we heard the same thing....recruiting sucks, we don't have talent, etc etc. No we had bad coaching bc 75 kids went pro. I bet some kids who go pro on this team will make it there after transferring. But this roster has talent. The coaches refuse to play some of it and they can't coach the rest.

Someone tell me again about the wonderful So Fla HS talent that keeps disappointing big time. The list of highly touted busts far surpasses any UM list of standouts in the last 15 years. Player development is non-existent.

Why do we continue to have these threads. On average over the past 4-5 classes we should not be losing to: UNC, a GT team transitioning from a WWII style offense, FIU, Duke, or La. Tech. Even the VT game with their brand new qb we should have won. UF was the only team to rival us or out talent us a little and we almost won that one because garbage Franks played and not Trask.

Just stop.
 
Then we need coaches who can do more with less. That's something we can improve before next season.

Big picture: Replace Blake James and let the success trickle down.
