He has a point though, but that's a surface level point. He may know his stuff inside and out, but I still can't excuse someone being out of shape who spends their day working in a gym.

I kinda agree. While big, he does look a little out of shape for S&C coach. Just basing it on every other stregth and conditioning coach, he certainly doesnt fit the mold.
