Yall just pile humping on the coaches and blaming them for all of this. Theres a reason why the coaches were searching high and low for players in the portal. Manny left this program gutted and it shows. It also dont help that were missing a **** ton of players due to injury.

We need every last dam recruit we can land and ive posted it before and im posting it again these recruits need to get here early for spring and be ready to play. There is crazy playing time to be had.

This is 2 years away at min. We wont be very good next year either so recruit recruit recruit like **** and year 3 we will be ready for the run.

We will be average next year... probably a 7 win team maybe 8 if we are lucky. We will see improvement especially if he hits on the OC. But this is not a magic pill where you come in and are competing for
ACC championships and winning manor bowl games.
 
I just read this in the Lyons thread .

“Yeah, I want to play early. I don’t want to necessarily sit a year and a half, two years before I get a chance to play. I want to play early, I feel like I can play early. My skillset is I feel like I can play anywhere on the field. I should be able to play early wherever they need me and put an impact on this team wherever they need me at.”

Told you the coaches are selling the playing time angel.

I agree . I dont know if we win 7or 8 but yeah its going to take a little bit.
 
I for one and am going to enjoy the climb

two things are for certain

1) mario will be here for a long *** time because we paid him a ton

2) he's the best recruiter in college football and located in the most talented area for recruiting


even if he makes a bad hire or two like gattis along the way, 3 years from now we will be LOADED with elite players and jimmy and jo's will beat x's and o's 9 times out of 10, especially in the ACC

Lol I feel like you just brought the Eye in the Sky arguments over to the recruiting side though?
 
The roster next year will be so dramatically different, its very hard - as a fan - to really watch the rest of this year play out. These games are going to be terrible experiences and are rather worthless unless you're a true sicko.

Enjoy Early Signing Day, Thanksgiving, and the off-season. Hopefully a new vibe next year and some renewed energy with a lot of new names and faces.

I’m very worried. We are way better than this. We were under Manny, and that’s scary. Mario will no doubt make the roster way better but this season basically states we will need to be the 01 Canes for us to even get to the playoff

These dudes act like we have no right to say anything and its supposed to be a huge circle jerk of happy canes.. We cant even score a TD, Cant even line up, cant even hike the ball, these dudes are LAWST...

The product has gotten sooo bad on field its toxic in year one.. We need some true x and o types to fix this that make offense EASY.. We make it hard and complicated on our players.. This is worse than anything I ever seen, both sides of ball equally putrid.. Have we ever been this bad? This guy has to be a magician to keep this class.. Ima just end it there because fml

As big as CROOTING im into...even im looking at them coaching and shaking my head and thinking we may need to meet a plug like SOSA to pair with Ruiz and company to just buy up everyone to make up for their deficiencies.

After the DUKE loss i just wanted to see slight improvements by certain players, schemes....its gotten worse.

How did casual fans know that we needed portal help at TACKLE and they brought in their 2 back ups from Oregon?.

How did we know right away that we needed more than 2 wrs in the portal....mainly those with speed and them waiting until the spring to figure that out and...still whiffing there...aleast they landed Colbie Young and i saw Ladson starting to come around but we needed SPEED...considering just the year before our fastest guys were Wiggins, Pope, Harley, and probably Rambo and all 4 were gone.

We need PORTAL help this year which is obvious...adter Early Signing day will be really interesting...I actually lovve this class so far and pray we can hold on to these guys if not have clear contigencies at every spot to where we arent dumpster diving.
