how many years does the admin give them or how many years does the fan base give them?

admin will let coach bring in and graduate at least a recruiting class, usually fan base gives up a little before that if coach is doing poorly so I say average 3-4 years if we have stocked talent

Frankly, any elite coach at a school like Miami should be at worst in the ACCCG his 2nd year.

Should be able to win by the first or at bare minimum second year. This is not a rebuild. Miami has talented players. Right coach walks in and can win ball games right away.

I think 4 years of coaching. 3 Full recruiting classes all of their own. If we aren't challenging for the top of the conference by then forget it and move on.
