Was watching Bruce Arians'new conference from Tampa.He made the statement
"We want players who care and something more than just go thru the workouts and
practices."
Than seems to describe the Canes also.When you have 25+players who sit on the
bench,never been in a game and have been there 2+years,that a problem.Now if you
look at them as reserves getting ready to take over from starters-GREAT but the Milo's,
Dykstra,Burns,Weldon are NOT going to start because incoming fresh are taking their
place.First item for all coaches,do I want this player on my team.If not BYE,BYE!
