We beat FSU, lose to Clemson but win the Coastal because the division is terrible and Golden stays another year while more talent leaves our back yard. Holding on to beat Neb may be one of the worst things to happen this year.

U realize that Al Golden, Dorito, and James Coley coach this team, right?

These ******s couldn't win the MAC.
 
Don't sweat it, Al Golden will find a way to lose to UVA or Pitt. All the plagiarized motivational quotes he can summon wont save him from his own coaching.
 
Once Nov 1 comes around this team will have at least 3 ACC loses and be eliminated from the coastal.
 
I can't believe people think beating fsu is even a remote possibility. But but but they aren't that good this year!! When has that ever mattered? Christ
 
Golden is purposely tanking the season to ensure he gets fired.....I am not kidding either. We will lose to FSU and then beat VT because they are beyond terrible.

Then, we lose to Clemson and Duke. 4-3 and Golden is let go.

Coley is named interim head coach and Chud is hired shortly thereafter. He starts putting together a staff and offically takes over after the bowl game.

If Golden beats noles, we will not notice if he is still here next year. We will still be sitting there looking at the TV waiting for the game to finish.

Chud will stay at Indy since he is Asst. Head Coach when the fire Pagano they are going to take him I bet.

The Coastal has stunk the entire time Golden has been HC at UM and he's 16-16 in conference play. What makes you think he will all of a sudden improve on that winning %? No way it happens in my opinion...

People mistake the probability of it happening with the hypothetical but this is THE nightmare scenario- winning a completely junk division (probably via some tiebreaker) and it not even mattering that you get killed in the ACCCG as Flake and the admin will have their phony sign of "progress". Again, I don't think many people that are saying this believe that we'll even sniff winning the Coastal but doing so in the weakest sauce route possible and Alfredo keeping his job as a result would be the worst case scenario....aside from them bringing Cristobal in on yet another contract that they're not willing to ever buyout, again.
 
I always laugh at these scenarios. It is impossible that we win the coastal.
 
Your nightmare is not going to happen. UM is not going to beat FSU, Clemson, VT, NC, or that matter Duke.

So hard not to pull for my team. I want a win in tally, but I fully understand It might buy Golden & co more time. The reality is that the end is near for Golden, and the BOT realizes that our issue is nothing but bad coaching. So **** it!!!, go Canes.
