This is BS! College football needs a salary cap on coaching staffs...must be nice to have unlimited booster funds to hire as many coaches/head coaches as you want? How many coaches on the Bama staff were head coaches at one point...
 
EXCELLENT comments by Saban. VALUE = pay for what you want/get. What is UM paying for? A process?

I would add Barnett, Briles, Snyder considering they don't necessarily get top tier talent either in bulk or on a yearly basis. Sarkisian, Malzhan and Mora could be a couple of years from being elite. Helfrich at Oregon could be great or he could be a Coker. Time will tell.
