2027 Nicholas "Nick" Lennear 4* WR/ATH from Northwestern

Although we didn’t expect 10 to be the level of player he is, you’d hope us seeing it first hand would entice us to begin investing big time in the elite offensive skill guys. I guess we’ll see.
There is no issue with investment. We are targeting the top guys and offering a ton of money. Just got to win more battles. Consistent production and players like Toney will help.

This is ridiculous. Every year, you squeeze ****-juice out of your eyelids if we don't sign enough highly-rated guys per the Composite. You have never stood up and argued for the quality of Miami's evaluations.

But now you're all about "nothing in sports is an exact science". If it's not, why are you splitting pubic hairs over whether Wingo and Parris are "elite" or "merely very good"?

The reality is, sports IS an exact science whenever you complain about what Miami is doing, and it's NOT an exact science when a player like Malachi Toney exceeds your expectations.

Going off history
OK, so then you don’t know anything about this current situation. You should say that because when you come on here and make the comment you did, it gets everybody thinking there’s no way we get this kid and that’s not the truth.

I hear you, but I’ve seen us up the ante and not lose battles for OT’s (Cantwell reported north of $2M for first year) and make others bow out. I’m sure both Mauigoa and Samson in the same class were extremely costly. I’d bet money that we have bowed out for 5* WRs and deemed it not worth it. I know we have the money, I just don’t think WR is as important to us as QB/OL/DL. *And if thats what you believe in and it works, then stand on it. I just would like to see us be stubborn and have the same attitude for 5* perimeter guys.
Some of them probably weren’t worth what they were demanding I’m sure, but 3 full cycles is a big sample size. All JMO.
Sales, Lennear, and Bowman appear to be next up. Those are guys who have all shown serious interest in us and already have visited. Let’s find out.

*I’ll also add I really do like our ‘26 WR class, for whatever that’s worth. Through the roof upside with all of the guys.

Jacolby George.

He tracks the deep ball better though.

Way more dynamic and talented IMO. This kid will stretch the field and be a real deep threat on the next level. I can count on one hand and have a couple fingers to spare how many times Jacolby scored on a vertical shot throughout his time here. He was a good player for us and made a ton of plays, but this kid is a different tier as a prospect IMO. I don’t even think it’s close honestly.

I’m hoping Mario grew this year and sees what opening the offense could look like. I love our WRs in this class but I want to see us knock it out of the park next year with Lennar and Bryson Wright (I’m assuming he’s a lock to reclassify). Wright is the next Jeremiah Smith imo. Need to secure the elite difference makers. Want us to prioritize them the same way we prioritizes Cantwell.

We’ve had numerous players apparently love Miami until recruiting picked up for them during their senior seasons and then things changed.

Hopefully we get him but I’ve been following recruiting a long time and we rarely get these types of players. Rarely.

Yeah, I understand that but like I said, you don’t know anything about this situation. And when you make a post like you did, it leads people to believe we have no chance here, and that is simply not the truth. We lead in this recruitment right now. The past is the past, it has no bearing on the future.

jacolby is on the top 10 wrs list at um production wise. I also stated nick is better at tracking the deep ball.

If his floor is Jacolby George that is really good. I think the comp is close at this point, i aint going crazy with my comps ..and Nick is playing ona souped up team. He is a must get target for me though...I like Nicks demeanor when ive seen him...we all call it that dawg.

How any blue chip is considering FSU right now boggles my mind.

Wait til Nick sees their NIL offer in the low four figures

While UF fumbled their search, they can at least sell a new vision, if nothing else.

Get ready for the Will Muschamp era!

Get ready for the Jim McElwain era!

Get ready for the Dan Mullen era!

Get ready for the Billy Napier era!

Get ready for the Jon Sumrall era 😏

@gogeta4

How would you rank the SoFla teams playing in the state finals?

6A: West Broward and West Boca

5A: STA

4A: American Heritage

3A: MNW

1A: Chaminade

Was Palmetto (7A semifinalist) better than any of these teams?

I'm with you all day here. Jacolby without the bull**** would be a must get. Definitely.
