And yet, we still can't even win the ACC. Everyone that makes decisions at Miami in athletics as a whole and football specifically should be replaced.
 
That just means one thing:

We need to start doing a better job of cleaning up South Florida recruiting.

The university made a gross miscalculation in not spending money for coaches. They took for granted that we won multiple chips with different coaches and didn’t have anyone in the staff with the coaching experience or clout to force the hand of the administration. No one in the school or program had the vision to put the program towards the new era and relate to the newer generation. Facilities matter!! Staff matters!! This school has the opportunity to be the premier program in college football. No other school in the country has as much potential to be dominant.
It’s funny cause the kids that leave don’t see it. But the coaches of other schools sure as he’ll see it and are bending over to not have the kids commit to the U.

Miami and Ft. Lauderdale have two of the highest number of players...but Miami (the University) does not have the most players in the NFL.

That is a problem.
