Such much for all the hype the Noles and Gators were trying to sell around Cook and Q Wilson.

Couldn't be happier to see both those guys lose $

Alabama had as many players taken as the ACC and the SEC had 3 times the picks compared to the ACC. Glad to see our record stay safe.

Congrats to Njoku, hate it that is the Browns bc they are never on television in SE Georgia. I was surprised the Giants chose to draft Evan Engram instead of Njoku. Will be interesting to see how their careers play out.

By pure luck sooner or later gotta get there **** together, they keep drafting Canes it will happen sooner than later

am I the only one seeing this?

It's like their gm, whoever it is, is like, "you know, if I just draft hurricane after hurricane, we'll get somewhere."

I honestly wanna look up who their gm is now

They said a street agent was telling nfl teams **** about cook.
While this is true, im not buying this as the sole reason for his slide. Cook aint a first rd talent.

He fumbles way too much, gets knicked up all the time, hes not a workhorse, and he has a questionable work ethic.

Second has always been his ceiling. Been saying hes not as good as we make him out to be.

He had a really bad combine performance

There's definitely more to this slide than "character" issues. NFL teams will gladly overlook those if they believe in the player, and it turns out that nobody believes in cook that much. Draft is a funny thing. Cook out of the first round, Mitch fkn Trubisky taken #2 .

Work ethic. Cooks natural ability is soooo elite and always has been, but that only gets you so far. You gotta put that work in at some point.

If he clears his legal issues, the Conley CB from * is likely the best value. Foster probably the 2nd, pending crumbled shoulder.

How the fck did the Giants pass up on a hometown kid for a lame?? Do these "scouts" even watch college ball? Tru****sky a 2nd overall pick after only starting one season and going 8-5?? Mcrappy 8th overall...man these dudes smoking some good ****.

post 1st round thoughts:

- Its not often 3 teams win when a trade is between two teams but thats what happened here. Bears trade up to #2 without giving up a 1st or 2nd to get their franchise qb. The 49ers pick up three 3rd round picks and a 4th to get the 2nd best player in the draft. And the Browns are forced to not draft a ******* QB and spend a bunch of picks to do it, and instead build the rest of their roster.

- 1st round Steals: Colts getting Malik Hooker at 15. My Raiders getting Conley at 24 is awesome, his rape accusation seems like complete BS, and he also passed a lie detector test. The Browns getting Njoku at 29, How the **** did Engram go ahead of him! Just ridiculous. The 49ers getting Foster at 31 due to his shoulder injuries. Surprising Jarrad Davis went before him.

- Mixon is going to be a steal to whoever gets him. He's the best RB in this draft. Yes, he's better than Fournette. Dalvin's off the field concerns, injury history, and fumble problems could potentially have him fall late 2nd or early 3rd.

Best Players Available:

QB - Davis Webb > Nate Peterman > Deshone Kizer > Brad Kaaya > Chad Kelly
RB - Joe Mixon > Dalvin Cook > D'Onta Foreman > Alvin Kamara > Kareem Hunt
WR - Chris Godwin > Zay Jones > Juju Smith-Schuster > Curtis Samuel > Cooper Kupp
TE - Adam Shaheen > George Kittle > Gerald Everett > Bucky Hodges > Jake Butt
OL - Forrest Lamp > Cam Robinson > Taylor Moton > Antonio Garcia > Dion Dawkins > Pat Elflein > Julie'n Davenport

DL - Malik McDowell > Chris Wormley > Montravious Adams > Caleb Brantley > Tanoh Kpassagnon
EDGE - Jordan Willis > Tyus Bowser > Daeshon Hall > Tim Williams > Carl Lawson > Tarrell Basham > Derek Rivers
LB - Zach Cunningham > Duke Riley > Raekwon McMillan > Jalen Reeves-Maybin > Blair Brown
CB - Sidney Jones > Kevin King > Quincy Wilson > Chidobe Awuzie > Fabian Moreau > Ahkello Witherspoon > Corn Elder
S - Obi Melifonwu > Budda Baker > Marcus Williams > Josh Jones > Justin Evans > Rayshawn Jenkins >

Unfortunately, I only see Kaaya and Corn being drafted on friday.

What are you basing that of?
