Im praying Richt hires a vertical attacking OC, gets rid of his son. Let’s OC take over play calling and that in theory let’s Richt focus specifically on being the QB coach.

Oh, he definitely DIRECTLY coaches the LB’s.

This is my point. Some defenses have the DL control gaps and eat up as many blockers as possible to allow the LB’s to make the plays. Manny’s defense uses the DL to create penetration instead. Sometimes, guys will be out of place and
look foolish. However, the unit as a whole is more effective than most other teams in college football. Yes, the LB’s make less plays, but the overall increase in disruption is a direct result of Manny’s coaching philosophy. We have a disruptive, nasty defense. That’s the Miami I want to watch in the future. Also, he would theoretically be hands off on the offense.

This is mental *********ion. He's not going anywhere for a while. Let's hope we see Williams starting the last three games of the year. Its obvious that Perry isn't Richt's guy, but Williams isn't ready and/or Richt doesn't want to burn his redshirt, which makes no sense because if he's any good, he's only going to be here another two years, three at most anyways.
