Didn't even bring up Ohio State in my original reply to this thread but of course since you were proved wrong about Bama, you now jumped to Ohio State. Look at the game closely one run for 78 yards and another for 80 when they were already up 35 in both of those instances. I don't even think Ohio State is as good as everyone makes them out to be but you are trying to use stats with zero context.

STOP trying to gloss over our bad moments by comparing us to Alabaga.

And Trace McSorley is NOT inferior competition. Hes a Heisman caliber player. McSorley in front of 110k rednecks in white sheets is a little different than us playing a **** UNC team at our own house.

I expect to beat a garbage FSU team, but I also expect them to make a lot of plays and pile up a bunch of yards. Just like last year.
 
Listening to Jacksons last presser the defense knows the mistakes made not containing the QB. The question is will they correct these mistakes. Good game to show us they will..

I dont see FSU making a lot of plays this year against us... we are a different team defensively, MUCH better than last year in every phase. The QB sneak is going to be their biggest weapon... they're not going to be able to throw the ball down field.

LSU 11-24 140 yards(one db gave up 67% of this yardage).
Unc (surrat and Elliot combined) 20-35 114 yards(2 ints by the dbs)

I don't see them wanting to get Frenchie hurt, so that might limit how much they run plays that will get him hit. Now, I think he gets hit early and often anyway, I just don't think Taggart will run him on purpose very much. I expect a lot of quick throws.

Lafayette didn't have a single drive that gained more than 28 yards until after Bama was up 56-0.

Yep. Fully expect a ton of swing, WR Screen and RB Screen passes to try to use our aggressiveness against us.

Actually 1 int by a db, Finley plays striker. They haven’t faced a good qb yet. Jackson has gotten beat all season. The only solid db has been Bandy.

Exactly what they’ll do. Quick passing game and lots of draws to a couple dudes who chewed us up on the ground last year.

Jackson has given up only 110 yards or so in 5 games with most of that coming against Toledo, quit overreacting and watch football and learn that EVERY db give up a few plays.

I do watch football. I see that all the DB’s haven’t learned to turn their heads and that they play 87 yards off the ball.
