They screwed up FSU so royally that they had to change the facemask and helmet colors back to the 2013 versions. They changed the color of the road numerals that were originally gold back to maroon. All of that happened in-season.

The interlocking spears on the helmet that they introduced have been changed back to the previous version as well. The only thing left is the new logo and ugly those symbols on the collar and shoulders.

They could give us the greatest thing ever and 90% of you are not going to be happy. It dosnt matter if you like it. It only matters that the 12-18 year Olds like it. That's who matters the players of tomorrow.

You'll get less excited. There will be at least one alternate helmet.

As for that pattern, thats functional. Something about how the uniform needs to stretch but stay tight to the body. UCLA has the same thing on their new uniforms too.

Correct.. From the UCLA press release:

Pretty sure they could have made them primeknit without using different shades of color. Whoever called it a strawberry pattern was correct
 
After a 4-8 season Addidas will sue UM for fraud, for impersonating a football team.

If the jersey had a swoosh on it, everyone would be going crazy. No swoosh, automatically means trash, lol!

Nah. Honestly, I do like them for the most part even though I prefer Nike as a brand. I think the "Miami" on the front makes an otherwise solid looking jersey look a little cheap, though.
 
Not bad.. you can't hate them. Traditional helmet is great. I like the gloves. I kinda expected the pattern on the jerseys because it is adidas and everyone has it. Has the old school and new feel to it. It's year 1 so they will adapt
 
Ok, 35 year fan here (so I am an old guy) with a twenty-something live-at-home son. We like what we have seen. The helmet looks traditional. The font on the words and numbers is still the one we adopted years ago and is "ours". The tight jersey fabric probably feels good and will be hard to grab. I would like to have seen flags or the ibis somewhere. If we win again people will like the cool-traditional look.

That's one critique I agree with. It's just not a necessary usage of space.
