Wow Hyperbole much? Burns is a stud who is coming off an injury and is a true freshman . He wil be a bad *** back before he leaves UM as his talent is through the roof.

his first year was spent at a juco. his first year with us was 2016 & this is the middle of his second year. unless they are announcing the scholarship now, but it doesnt go into place until next season, i see this taking up a '18 spot

I don't believe that's correct. They would only count to the overall total of 85 and not to the class limit of 25. Stefan said the word of the Hecht is that the 25 number is the one they are close on.

Has nothing to do with class limit. Only roster spots.
