On the same day they're announcing?
We all know where he’s going. It isn’t a secret. In the glorification world of 2023 guys wanna have their moment. He’s using footballville to officially announce his decision and he’ll probably give some kind of interview.

Since the day he entered the portal everyone said USC. There’s no surprise element here. The announcement is to get USC fans excited and for Bear to grow his following. For footballville they are expanding their brand nationally so it helps them build their west coast presence.

He can post whatever he wants it changes nothing lol this is all that’s happening here. Tune in if you want or don’t. He’s not coming here.

They leaked a non-story (that those in the know already knew about) and made it into a big thing to stir up controversy and clicks. Not to mention posters have alluded to players being told to be mindful of them. All adds up to their intentions not being in the best interest of the school but themselves. Which is fine, but this type of media doesn’t happen in SEC towns where the football team is the priority.

In Miami it’s always about repping the U until it’s time to spurn the team and use them as a step stool for clout. Le Batard, Corben, Luke, Footballville.
So did they leak a non story or they leaked a story yall didnt want leak? Yall just pick and choose who to focus anger on man. Yall claim this stuff dont happen at other schools. false. U just dont follow those schools like that, simple

Some of Y’all weird for going out of your way to defend every negative comment about Footballville. He’s not your daddy lol.
I apply the same thing, to all of them, Footballville, Gaby. Every story they print, if its peaches and roses, oh they dont know nothing. If its bad, they are sabotaging the program. Them man cant win. They do not work for Cristobal.

Mixed bag. Some people hate regardless. Some have legitimate reasons for not being fond of anyone they see doing harm to the program. People didn’t like their role or Ryan’s role in the TVD thing. That’s fair.

Nothing wrong with someone building a business but at the same time, if you have access to the team at the school and coaches and post things they don’t want posted, that could and should cost you the official access.

Lol you say y’all as if we aren’t cheering the same team here? Yes, they leaked a non-story. Many on here had said it was a non-story. Many on here said it shouldn’t have been leaked because it was a non-story, and it would lead to typical fan hysteria with people turning on the kid.

Them leaking the story only benefited them and in turn led the fan base to **** on our starting QB for the next 24 hours. Seems like they’re really helping the University and the players right?

Also, non-stories like this one don’t get out in football towns let alone big stories lol look at Ann Arbor and Mazi Smith. Look at Athens and Jalen Carter. Look at Gainesville and Rashada, the Athletic is the one who covered the NIL debacle.

You obviously have bias in this scenario. Good for them, let them make a name for themselves, but when they start crying on Twitter about why Cristobal and the university don’t give them access, you’ll know why.

This is true. But at the same time, if they’re putting things out there deemed harmful to the team by Cristobal or shared with them in confidence by team sources, Cristobal can pull their official accesses such as press conferences and practices.
