New NCAA Waiver Guidelines under Review

Ha. Yet we have 290 page threads where some imply systemic corruption doesn't play a critical role in outcomes. Whether it's bags or favoritism aimed at propping up a select set of teams, times really are different. We still need to find a way. Just like we did once before.
 
NCAA (probably): "These new guidelines will apply retroactively to any transfer after January 10, 2019 (the date Tate transferred), we will be revisiting all waivers granted after that time."
Wasn't his waiver granted the day that Spring Practice started?? Or was that date when his 2019 eligibility status was cleared up? I think I just answered my own question.

Problem is ncaa was under so much pressure it was making off the sporting events .and couldn't appease some about why they are making 100s of billions of dollars off of athletes but were not allowing athletes who were facing hardships no leniency while allowing coaches to change schools with no restrictions.
