MEGA New Miami Adidas Ultraboost🔥 - The Shoe and Nike/Adidas Thread.

Whooooooooo Child; today is my off day, so I must address several flat out misnomers in this thread. My goodness.

NIL: Nike & Adidas r the clear leader in this dept, however there’s a fundamental difference.

Ppl have short memories, & thank God I’m blessed w a long one (press play). There’s something called Deja Vu, & once upon a time not too long ago, The 3 Stripe Life seemingly dominated FL. Maybe some forgot this commercial:

That was my hometown!!!!!!!

May be wrong here, but is it the same material and font we used for those nasty recycled jerseys?

The font, yes.

The material, not sure.

The CUT? Now that's something that @Rellyrell could tell you about, he posted on this very same thing last year (the way that the different kinds of material are stitched together in the middle of the jersey.

Mario knows better. He does everything he can to NOT rock adidas.
You may not be wrong, but what does that say about the Adidas deal if Mario doesn’t even have the freedom to say no? If he’s essentially obligated to accept it, that suggests Adidas is offering something significantly stronger than …well….you know who.

would Phil Knight’s ego allow him to give UM a big offer? Yes I know money is the bottom line so it wouldn’t matter but he has his finger on the pulse there and they were left at the alter by Mario.

Or that there are powerful elements pushing un poco mas fuerte for Adidas.

According to Mr. Google,

"Adidas is paying Real Madrid approximately €120 million ($138 million) per season as part of an eight-year contract extension that runs through 2034."

"Nike's sponsorship payments vary significantly by team, with its most lucrative kit deals exceeding €100 million annually. FC Barcelona holds the largest deal at roughly €120 million per year. Other massive national and club agreements range from €80 million to $100 million annually."

Adidas is a soccer first and always will be a soccer first company.
International soccer dwarfs cfb.
This is from 2014 when Real Madrid signed James Rodriguez

No cfb or nfl player is doing that.
And this is Messi the Messi effect and placed inter Miami in 5th place in soccer merch sales world wide

I’ve been clear about this from the beginning.

Miami should have created the situation for Nike to feel that it had a shot to get Miami back, if even that was only for competitive reasons. Miami has not done that.

Second, I’m tired of the one-sided leak fest of myths that is trying to give rise to this slam dunk blowout. I we as once pro-adidas/****-Nike…10 years ago, and premised on false information.

This was a reasonably simple task for Dan. Talk to Nike, acknowledge the BS that Beta Blake pulled, and indicate a desire to put the band back together if Nike comes close on the terms.

Never happened.

Don’t believe everything you hear. It’s quite the opposite, Adidas wants to make certain brothers at Miami very happy by prioritizing Miami. If Nike had the better deal, Miami would go back to Nike. This is a business at the end of the day.
