Deflecting, as per usual.

The outside part of the shoe, which is what is seen by most people, is not "ugly as ****". Here is a white colorway, where you can see it all (which, of course, is the angle you saw in the Texas KD4 graphic).

The only place where it looks different and/or unusual and/or "ugly" in your terminology is on the inside part of the shoe (near the insoles):

Of course, the intention is to create lateral stability. Not having purchased the shoe myself, I cannot say how effective it is. But I'd prefer the straps to an ankle roll any day of the week.

If you don't like it, that's fine, it's really no big deal. But to knee-jerk say "it's ugly" from a one-side-view of a two-color colorway is just...to be expected from you, at least when it comes to Nike.

Uh in what universe do you live where you only view shoes perfectly from the side profile lol. I definitely don't mind the pure outside side view. But If you are wearing shorts you absolutely see the more birds eye view. Nobody is inspecting your shoes lying on the ground, they are looking down. And the top with the holes in the belt and inside objectively is hella ugly, period. I don't like the strap especially with the holes at all. You don't have to like every Nike product, it's okay lol

FYI; saw on Twitter that Nike’s Day 1 pop up shop at Rutgers was bat**** crazy. Up to 3 hr waits for new product. Everything was ran through.

Yet yall are the ones that keep *****ing about an inanimate object everytime you talk about Adidas and our former uniforms or other programs unis and how the U logo is slightly stretched and the seams just don't look good, etc and **** right? I mean..... Come on lol. If you can say that is ugly, why are you getting all defensive about me not liking this shoe haha. You're making yourself look like a joke tbh.

Uhhhh...no.

No false equivalencies for you.

You lashed out at another school's player-edition shoe, a model of shoe that is incredibly popular and well-liked. And I made a joke about how I'm no fan of Texas colors, but you repeated your "ugly as ****"/"ugly as ****" silliness. Good lord, I also made a joke with @TrumpyCane about those Mama Bear SBs, even though they are not something I would buy and wear. It's possible to have a sense of humor about such things without attacking, even though you can't comprehend that.

That is completely different from analyzing our own uniforms and our own merchandise products. I didn't realize that @Rellyrell commenting on seams actually sets you off. If you can't see the differences, then you need to take a break from this stuff.

Although, it is funny to watch you make your third attempt at distorting what I said when I mocked you ("why are you getting all defensive about me not liking this shoe"), especially when you try to offset it with a random "haha". It's the sign of a crazy person trying way too hard to pretend that he's not crazy ("haha").

This has nothing to do w Nike v. Adidas as opposed to what I’ve been trying to reiterate as far as business & what’s most important in a contract. This is not even apparel related, but the same principles apply. Hence y I said some of u lack business acumen & would be got immediately.

@TheOriginalCane on slide 5, would u mind sharing what’s most important in this business deal for Mr. Kendrick Lamar?
