New LSU Video narrated by the Rock

You ladies are so soft. Who cares that The Rock narrated a video for another team??? That doesn't reduce his love, respect and loyalty for The U by one iota! Nor does it negate everything he's done for The U!

It's not like he's in the video saying The U is crap. Plus, he has a relationship with Coach O going back to their MIAMI days in the early 90s.

The Rock is one of the biggest stars IN THE WORLD. He's not going to go through life overthinking every decision just so that a few weak sisters from the 3-0-5--the majority of whom probably didn't even go to the U--don't get their panties in a wad.

If anything LSU fans--not us--should be complaining about not having a star even close to The Rock's caliber from LSU to narrate their video. They had to outsource it! Lol

LONG LIVE THE ROCK!!

GO CANES!!

I watched 1/2 of this video......
I love the Rock. Deep respect, but I cannot get out of my head, if you are a Cane how the **** could you even talk about any other football team?
Once a Cane, always a Cane, and all that means re College football.

Dwayne gave his sweat, blood, and memories at our U, and now because LSU is hot he makes this?.

Very disappointed, and my thoughts are if Miami does improve and become Elite, what would he say or explain for this s***?....
Amazing shortsighted on his part, and there is no explanation.
Ed recruited Dwayne so they have a history together.... Been friends a long time...

It wasn't an arbitrary decision.

Over his four years with the Hurricanes, the 6-foot-5, 290-pound Johnson started only once, appearing in 39 games with a total of 77 tackles and 4.25 sacks.

Still, Johnson left an impression on coaches and teammates that went deeper than his numbers, starting with the man who recruited him, Ed Orgeron, currently the defensive coordinator at USC.

... "He was a highly recruited kid. We were excited to have him, he came to us ahead of his time. He was developed and was extremely quick. He was a hard worker and a humble young man.

"Everybody liked him. He was easily coachable and everybody was impressed with him. He came in and played a lot as a freshman."

You're more likely to get struck by lightning than The Rock to regret his decision on the basis of what you've outlined here. The "shortsighted" part is the funniest and most ironic.

Don't worry, I'm sure he'll be at the 20th anniversary celebration of the last time we were relevant next year.

Did not read the tweet. This is fine. My bad.
Hey my balls are big enough that if he shouted the U and helped an old Coach, I am cool with that.
Come to think of it we do have the Coach O connection.
Again my bad.
