I remotely work...Can I work remote?
I remotely work...Can I work remote?
I'm going to apply, I have a Bachelor's degree and coaching experience doesn't matter with this administration.
Just gotta be a yes man
I hope you’re not ******* with us. Stroud is currently an assistant head coach but I’m not sure that has any impact on this.I heard it's for the DC job. My source is usually pretty credible.
Just to nip this one in the bud, in case you are serious. A lot of companies (and the government) have pay grade levels or bands that authorize a salary within a given range for that band. No idea what UM's level 30 range is, but it has nothing to do with an hourly rate.
That's it, what about 45 per hour. I WON'T apply cause there is no UNIONWe paying coaches 30 per hour? Explains a lot
What does “Pay Grade 30” pay?
Mix of legal precaution to avoid potential lawsuits over salary and also sets a maximum salary when negotiating. How is it relevant to post that info without any context of what that means for actual salary?
This means they know exactly who they want to hire -- if it hasn't already happened --, but they are advertising it to avoid any potential litigation or claims of insider shenanigans.
Legally? They are not a public school.Yep. They legally have to post this
Private schools don’t have to post openings, just publicSchools have to post job openings to the public. Nobody is getting hired through that posting. It's a formality process kind of thing.
