ummm no its not.

Its as simple as the fact that Fentress(like highsmith) doesn't freelance and does everything the coaches ask of him without question.

Carter is better suited playing more of a Kam chancellor role or just closer to the line of scrimmage. He cant play as well in open space being so far away from the l.os. but that doesnt mean ish because some of the best players ever cant play that well in the open field with no schematic or alignment advantages. so he freelances to make plays and thats why fentress starts over him just like highsmith starting.

No way in **** fentress is a better athlete or football player than carter. he has done nothing special nor much better than carter.

Actually its amazing that this depth chart has gotten so many people riled up when they saw this two Saturdays ago with the tackles. You guys needed it in writing to realize that we're thin at tackle?

Fentress isn't taking Carter's snaps. He is taking Crawford's. Reducing Dallas Crawford's snaps has helped. Moving Gunter to safety on pass downs has been good too. Fentress is the run down safety with Bush. He gets removed for Gunter on pass downs and Carter and Crawford get sprinkled in. You want to see more Carter tell Deon Bush to stop playing so well.

Yet there's plenty of other players that have developed under the staff.... Some of you just overrate the **** out of some players. Carter says some stuff on social media during the offseason, gets fans hype, doesn't produce on the field and you blame the coaches. Someone disagrees with something you say, you retort to "You're such a Golden Lover". Too many **** kids on this site or unintelligent immature adults.
