New DE coach for the Noles

Dantonio's defensive staff is being poached hard. I wonder of Tagfart thinks these guys are actually responsible for the Mich St defense? I made the mistake (annual big game win aside) of overvaluing Narduzzi like this too.

He coached with The Vest at Youngstown State so he knows how to break ncaa rules and get away with it.

thats a good point on Narduzzi. I hope the same holds true on these guys & it is all D’Antonio

FWIW MSU fans are celebrating him leaving. Apparently was buddies with Dantonio and would hang around bouncing to different position groups after proving himself useless at one.

Seems like sour grapes. How in the **** can a DE/LB coach that was part of the #2 rush defense be useless?

Feel free to read up on it here. Not a glowing endorsement from MSU fans in that thread. Probably fine if they keep him only coaching DEs and nothing more.
 
Not understanding this one at all. Maybe this is the best Willie could do but wouldn't you think they'd want to start bringing in guys who at least have relationships in South Florida? Maybe this guy does but seems like just as weird a hire as the DC from MSU. Not crying any tears for them because they're about to finally get what's coming to them but tough times ahead for them.....

He was hated when head coach at Marshall. I thought he was a DBs guy anyway. Not sure about that hire.
 
Was defensive coordinator at Ohio State from 2000-2004. Now fsu coach. Not sure i could hate a person more.
