This is manny's first go round, agents are telling some of their guys its a risky move latching yourself on with diaz, keep in mind some of these prospects,n their agents have thrown their names in the hat/job openings to possibly parlay that into a raise at their current situation. So a blake baker this is an excellent move for him and his coaching career. Same thing with the co-oc from clemson, that's why manny said "its going to happen when its going to happen". That's definitely a page out of the old blueprint, 2 coordinators with something to prove, along with coach diaz.

Going to be interesting going forward, but at the end of the day, wont be to much longer before the rest of the staff is in place. The competition is going to start with the coaches first.
