I remember the day that I started following his career, before he decided on the Canes. I saw some footage and remember telling myself, "****, I want this guy". So glad he chose the Canes. I love how he takes a guy that is defending him and he pushed him into the ball carrier. Savannah State and just the other weekend at Louisville. I know he's not the first to do it but he is the most recent. Nesta embodies the Canes ethos of toughness and physicality through and through.

That you did. Wasn’t he playing oline but said he was going to be a beast at DT when you brought him up?

He was playing offensive guard and i said he was a much better OL than Herbert or Tedarell Slaton. I just saw how he was bringing it and nasty and how he moved his feet with contact at guard. I also use to sit next to his mom who would say he was a better DL lol.

I like him...he may very well be his own player and not want to be compared to Sapp, but he talks and plays very Sapp-ish.

Hope he sticks around if he has a good year.
A. Nesta is gone after this year. B. Nesta is not remotely close to what Sapp was. Sapp’s first step was stupid fast and unblockable.

Nesta wants his own legacy? He has the opportunity to create one at Death Valley, next week.

A legacy of following Manny to pedd st or didn’t see himself in a 3-4 or else it’s a bad move imo I like him a lot. Maybe Mario told him his role next season was not going to be as involved as he would like?
