Agreed... This situation repeats itself every year... Player is great on one level then moves up to next level with players as good or better and becomes average... It doesn't mean the player is bad , just not able to take his skillset further ....

Could've worked on his strength/weight/conditioning a lot more if you ask me. Those things are completely within a players control, it just takes effort. The hard yards when no one's watching is what makes great players.
 
Can anyone provide any details about the culture when Manny was here....i heard certain 4 year players were calling the head coach by first name and really wasn't working hard....any truth to that?

He had plenty opportunity to take advantage of all Miami had to offer in training ,coaching and mentoring and let it slip by .

If he would have trained the way he spoke he would have dominated but as he said between the lines the first couple years were walk thru years of just showing up.

He could have trained like no other to be like no other , sorry to say these things but NFL not .

He can’t go up against NFL beast in the pit it’s obvious.

It is what it is he could of would of should of to late now .

Nesta a GREAT motivational speaker and I hear good in music this is his calling.

He’s doing what’s best for his family in building his legacy , is PSU the only one to receive this legacy or are there other teams in the hunt for it?
