So after reading a few articles on Their site. It looks like they want to take Duke out first and put the game on Kayaa. They want Kayaa to throw and make mistakes. Looks like 7-8 in the box again . I hope they do it and coley unleashes Kayaa on their ***.

Feel like this could be a Kstate type game for us.
i think we all have the same nightmare. However, they have the same feeling on their side too.

It don't take a rocket scientist to figure that would be their game plan especially after we fail to adjust v UL.

I shudder to think it Coley has no adjustment for that. On D the underneath stuff open all game until they break one, then another, etc., keeps our D on the field, gassed, collapse....same old. Al gonna get lynched if he and Doh have no fix for it.

We are gonna be outcoached and outschemed. That's a given.

After seeing how bad UL is, my confidence in anything other than another Golden blowout loss has waned.

They are going to do the same exact thing Louisville did, we have to adjust.

We just need to not beat ourselves. I doubt there are two corners on the same team that contain Dorsett and Coley all game, let alone rotating in waters, Malcolm, and barrios. Let them stack 8-9 in the box. We beat ourselves in the loserville game by not letting Kaaya look downfield

The can stop a Duke with 7. Just over shift the front to the left side and put Gregory on the right side. Miami cannot single block him with the likes of Gadbois which eliminates the numerical advantage we would have on the right side due to the over shift.

For all his faults, Pelini knows how to defend the pass. Secondary play has been more or less stellar since he's been here, no matter which converted WR/RB we put back there. This year's group hasn't really been tested yet, so I would like to see Kayaa sling it around a bit.

Also, Pelini isn't going to gameplan to stop one player, it just isn't his style, he's stubborn about running his scheme. I wish we would sell out to stop Duke like Louisville did, but it's probably not going to happen. He'll get his yards.

They don't have to take Duke out. Coley does that. Half *** WR screen for no gain on first, then a Duke dive against 11 in the box on 2nd and 10. THAT has been the key to our failure since Golden arrived.

Only way to have any shot on offense is to take the training wheels off Kaaya. He connects on some deep throws to Coley and Dorsett Nebraska defense will loosen up for Duke to get loose. This is not the game where the run is used to set up the pass, it's the exact opposite. Kaaya is the key, o-line just need to protect and open some holes for Duke which has been a problem so I expect Kaaya to throw 30+ passes if the run doesn't open up. Offense is going to have to score and convert on third to keep drives alive not only to give the defense rest but also too keep Nebraska offense off the field.

So the coaches post the gameplan on their site??? No wonder they have struggled in recent years.

Since I will be there, I hope it will go different but in my heart of hearts I know this is going to be ND in Chicago 2.0: I will be freezing my *** off, wondering why do I do this to myself and wishing someone would grab Golden by his tie and drag him back to the MAC, where he belongs.
