Nebraska will be the nail

I've defended Al this whole time but now I got one foot in the fire golden pool. If we drop the Nebraska our odds of improving the win total and winning 10 games is slim to none. The guy put together a **** of a staff from a recruiting standpoint but this staff is just *** on gameday.

Oh because after what we saw last night, that team has a great shot of winning 10 games right now. You might be the dumbest guy on this board, and that's quite an accomplishment.

Why are you still here?

Overreaction week continues....blown opportunities, bad O-line play, and 18 Yr playing in his first game caused us to lose a competitive game verse a really good team with a really good coach at their home. Our defense looked improved verse an offensive coach in Petrino. Our players looked the part. Once Kaaya get more ccomfortable, the coaches get more comfortable with Kaaya and the O-line improve I see no reason to believe Miami can't win Nebraska.

Game Day coaching=coaching the game of football=a football coaches #1 job. Epic fail on all accounts.

The game was ours for the taking, I'll give you that. We put 14 points instead of three on the board, post Louisville turnovers it is a different game.....HOWEVER that was an abortion of an offensive game plan. Haven't quite seen anything like that.

This staff deserves every bit of criticism coming its way.

Golden is gonna start Williams vs nebraska to try & save he's job/season. The D gave us great field position alot & forced 2 to's inside the 20. i think they played like a top50 D like we all asked for.

To paraphrase Bum Phillips, Al can take his and yours and lose with both. Better to make staff changes today--whatever those may be--than to wait any longer because to wait is to waste time and we only have the likes of Duke, Howard, S. Coley, et al for a limited time. Need to get the most out of them while they are here and that is not happening.

There are probably performance metrics in the contract. He simply can't come out and win 3 games year over year and expect to stay till 2020. Since the contract is private, we don't know what those metrics are, but where there is a will, there's a way, and he can be fired.

Nebraska is absolutely going to ******* crush us. Our kids will quit on this coach and Nebraska can run the football.

I watched Nebraska for a few minutes and all I thought the whole time was, Oh, Lordy, that team will skull **** us into next Christmas. After last night, I truly believe we are looking at Kansas State on the road 2.0.

Trying to sneak off to Pedd State was the final nail. Every thing since then has just been shovelful after shovelful of dirt.

Yeah they Def deserve the criticism directed towards them. But I also think most of the offensive coaching was due to their comfort level in an 18 year old. Golden said he's the University of Miami QB with complete confidence, but then gave him a bunch of conservative plays. I think Kehoe should be called out the most. Kaaya was rushed almost every play. Even though it's a different DC, of course he's going to look at the tape from the bowl and come with something similar. Kehoe has too much talent available to look that bad.

This isn't so some fantasy land where coaches are fired at whim. Depending on the buyout (who won the day when it was drawn up), funds available for the next guy, and Golden could be here for a long time. I believe the reason every coach this past off season was retained was because contractually Golden is secure unless someone with deep pockets steps up to the plate.

I hope I'm wrong, but the way things have played out, I don't think I am.

Yep. Don't you worry though. In the next two weeks, most of the Einsteins around here will be swelling with confidence after routing FAMU and Ark. St. and will truly believe we win that game. Some probably already do.
