Really!?!?! McNesse St kicked a FG to tie it with only 4:21 in the 4th. Is Nebraska that bad or is McNesse St that good?

So our game in 2 weeks will be termed the "Underwhelming Bowl" and they will play endless clips of games from many years ago back when these teams mattered beyond their fan bases.
 
Nebraska has an awful coach and no passing game. They are a very average team. Based on talent you guys should win that game, but there is more to football than just talent.

Ameer Abdullah will work us and I have no idea how we will stop Randy Gregory. The OLine will commit several false starts, we will probably have a punt blocked, and that is all before taking into account that week's unforeseen fiasco. (Refs not calling offsides being the latest)

Other than that should be great!
 
Load the box and make the WR's beat you, Nebraska's WR's aren't very explosive. Artie burns Crawford and Gunter will be fine covering them one-on-one. Miami should win with Ryan Williams back
 
Nebraska, Va tech, FSU and Virginia are going to straight MURDER our OL and our defense will cave later in the game.

7-5/6-6 take it to the bank.

I watched it. I don't know how bad Nebraska is, but McNeese is not good. Nebraska played DOWN to McNeese.

Nebraska doesn't scare me at all. But, that doesn't mean we will beat them.
 
Nebraska is not very good. Our defense will look amazing against them. Their offense is like gtech in that you need to stop the rb between the tackles and contain their qb. The suck at throwing the ball.

I'm not sure if we can make enough plays in the passing game to win. That game and then Duke are the litmus tests for the season. Miami should win both, but could very easily lose both.
 
Let's see if Williams is back by then. I think this team looks ALOT different if he is under center. Kaaya will be good, just not ready yet.
 
Before the season I said this team could start the year 3-7. Didnt see anything last night that would change that view

I think the only way we win is throw on first down - we cant run on teams and we can pass block on 3rd down
 
Nebraska will probably end up with 8 or more wins. Golden is 1-12 against teams that end up with 8 or more wins. Not going to get my hopes up
 
Guys, I'm a USF fan...and I can indeed tell you the truth...McNeese is indeed that good. And that's one night I DON"T WANT to remember.

****, their QB will look like Johnny Manziel against us. Some guy with 4 career reception is going to look like Calvin Johnson, Ameer will look like Andre Peterson, and Husker fans are going to hate us for saving Bo's job.
