Experience beats talent when that talent isn't nearly as experienced. There's a reason why guys like Coach L prefer less talented(But talented enough for college), but experienced teams over massively talented(Multiple Lottery Picks), but young squads. Experience in high pressure situations comes in handy in March.

For Kentucky Basketball, that's chump change.
Yeah I mean, I won’t be shocked if they do it. I hope they don’t because I enjoy watching him fold in March. But just saying that’s a massive buyout for a non-football sport, even for Kentucky, especially when the only coaches that would satisfy boosters and fans will cost them another 7-9 a year.
