Sure, but I don't see it flying. The NCAA doesn't have any power to "shut him down". They can promise/threaten to penalize UM, and UM can ask Ruiz to modify things, but that has been going on for decades without any legal challenge.

So humor me; when I stated how I didn’t like our NIL deals being put on blast & that we need to move in silence, was I touching an area of concern now that things r coming to fruition?

Monetarily? No.

Timing-wise? Possibly. I have always ASKED THE QUESTION (never made any conclusive judgments) as to how these deals are being done (not just LifeWallet). I've seen social media postings and other announcements that cause me to QUESTION whether any of the timing for NIL precedes the visit, commit, signing, and/or enrollment.

The pak deal stands out as potentially problematic other than that seems to me doing things right.

Why is the Pak deal an issue?? Can’t be the amount$$ - that is a business decision by the company ( life wallet). As long as the terms and timing of the agreement are in compliance with regulations established by the State of Florida there is no issue.

Good. I’m glad Ruiz had the NCAA’s ear and he probably told them how bad collectives and paying pre enrollment hurts the sport.

I like that too. What I don't like is the blatant hypocrisy and intent we all know they walked in with...which could mean they will do ANYTHING to find violations that do not exist. This is why when Emmert says he stepping down, step the **** down immediately you piece of trash.
