just saw the post practice interview with Donaldson. he looks good, certainly has lost weight. says he met with Bellamy and Feely so that he could improve his nutrition and workouts. he's in the best shape since he's been here. got a bit salty when asked about his weight though.

he is going to be a road grader if he remains healthy. contract year helps.

Really happy for the big fella. Seems he used his time wisely while he was rehabbing. Hope he has a monster year for himself and the team.

He doesn't speak often but the few interviews I have seen with Vaughn he's impressed me. Seems like a really smart guy and well spoken. The injuries have taken a toll on him but huge props for working himself back into playing shape. Hope he balls out and gets a shot in the league.
