I can’t see people dropping 3-4k for nose bleed come Sunday/Monday morning.

Once prices start falling from people who don’t intend to go it will go quick I’d think late Sunday/Monday morning.

That’s just marketing- if one ticket drops they are right.

The skyrocketing prices we see today is strategic IMO....get people that fear they are going to go up to stanch some now, but I think they will drop again with them knowing people will hop on the "lower" prices they were trying to sell them for to begin with.

No this is typical run on massive events.

The funny thing is- prices are going up but the number of listings isn’t really changing.

ALOT of these tickets are controlled by brokers and they have bots and algorithms to try and keep prices high.. Since covid if you see the prices of most entertainment like concerts the prices make absolutely no sense.. They have bots to buy up all the tickets and then will slow drip them in market to control prices. Nobody does anything so they keep doing it.

There have been many stories of concert goers flying to Europe for Beyonce or Taylor Swift for cheaper than they could watch locally. This type of stuff has happened in different industries also, Sneakers sold online also and even apt rentals (though they have had Dept of Justice crackdown on them).

Yeah I’m 2.5 in so it’s got to start turning over the next couple days I would think. I’ll make a decision mid Sunday. Other option is wait till day of and drive straight to the hard rock and catch a shuttle to the stadium and not check into a hotel until after the game at like 2am. It’s going to be tight either way

GUYS- last tip.
dont trust the total listings to gauge how many are available on stubhub for example.

go to whatever amount you need (pair) change filter to remove "recommends" and if you only want certain level pick that.
THEN- go to price filter and set bottom for like 15k- watch 1/3 of the listings potentially disappear.

thats the shadow inventory that brokers do to make other tickets they have seen like good deals and "amazing" tag.

Bought flights soon as we won the semifinal game in the hopes I could get face value game tickets. That didn’t happen. Flight is non refundable. Really considering flying down and watching from a local bar or restaurant just so I can be surrounded by canes fans and just praying something comes available I’d be willing to buy.

Any recommendations on best places to watch the game not at the stadium/tailgate?

Interesting update from the ticketmaster auto offer - i hadnt seen this type of thing before so Ive been tracking it. Offer started at 3825, went down to 3610, and is now up to 4221. Looks like for that price the offer is 4690 minus 469 in fees for a payment of 4221.

I looked at two tickets and the offer was Get Paid USD 9,145.80 (USD 4,572.90 per ticket)
