2027 Myson Johnson-Cook 2027 RB

My thing is We are Miami hurricanes fans, Peter is a Miami alumni and a Miami podcaster i understand he want clicks, But this dude is a Debbie downer. These guys are going to take visits to other schools that's the game. When DJ Jacob was here on a visit you didn't hear Ohio state podcaster worries, even dough they are. Just show some positivity. That's what This fan what is that asking too much!
Pete is a good counter balance to D$ who typically takes the optimistic view.

I have a feeling that in today's bag game where kids get paid just to visit a top kid just giving off hints that he might be leaning towards a school they visit very likely ups that visit bag by let's say 10K so instead of the 5K he got initially for just visiting he's now taking home a 15K bag.

With the way money is being thrown at these top players by schools I don't trust what any of them say until the ink dries on the LOI cause I think it's all about the Benjamin's they can wrangle from a school that they get all warm and fuzzy by making them feel like they are the ones that will get his signature.

I gotcha 👌 but clicks

I don’t think this staff cares about the optics of losing out on a kid based on rankings or because they are local.
Not all number one players live up to their rankings.

Just because the ranking services say he’s the number one tackle, it doesn’t mean the staff feels the same way.
Maybe the kid is out leveraging his ability; and that’s what you’re supposed to do to get paid.
But just cause the market says that is what you’re worth, it doesn’t mean miami should pay it.

Maybe that uga kid who committed has some
better intangibles and a better bang for your buck. And he’s about the same size.

This kid has been a priority. I believe we are going to land him but if we dont then its a major loss. We were told here that he is #1 on our board.

Mario definitely cares. DMoney has mentioned numerous times how focused Mario is on the recruiting rankings.

We need to land him if we are serious about competing.
I don't belive it's a major loss. It's certainly a loss but we are deep at the RB position. If we don't land him just maybe he wants to start this year.

This is a major loss if we lose him. 220 pound rbs with speed don’t grow on trees anywhere in the country. When they are that big (pause) they are usually slow asf and are playing another position.

I really don’t like the small rbs because when come playoff time you can’t bully people and they get destroyed on blitz pickups. Pringle got destroyed on a pickup in the playoffs and never played again, rightfully so

Look at the draft and all the running backs taken the last like 8 years or even further. I haven’t looked this is just off the top of my head and I might make myself look retarded. I bet the first backs all were like 210-215 and up that can run away and break arm tackles

🤷🏾‍♂️

The best OL prospect in America was never going to be a lay up. I’m sure we have done everything we can do there and the kid knows what he can be here. Just like we likely can’t pay up for both Matthews and Olu, I’d say TAMU can’t either with the rest of their class they’re bringing in which includes them leading for and likely landing 5* OL Kennedy Brown. My money is on us splitting those 2, and us still getting Matthews and Olu going to College Station.
It’s:

“Trending”
“Crootin is fluid”
“__made a major move”
