Another concrete example of why intangibles are just as important as talent. Not just in sports but in Life.

Garrett had the soft label floated when he was in college. He was a major underachiever and played lazy. Quite the 180 for him to go all barbaric like that. I didn't think he had the passion and anger.

And that's saying a lot because in 3 yrs he had 47 sacks in college. And in the NFL in 3 yrs he already has 30, and this yr was 1.5 short of the lead.
 
Rudolph is just having a bad year man.

Not trying to pile on, but he's just not an NFL quarterback. Those guys don't have to have elite athleticism, outstanding pocket awareness, the ability to improvise, a cannon arm, ability in the open field, accuracy, and good decision making. But they have to have at least a couple of those things. He seems to have none.
