Leach may not be the answer but he 100x better than Al Golden.
Given his record, I'd say he's the same thing as Golden: a fraud who shouldn't be coaching here.

There you go again with your delusional thoughts, Craig.
Deflection by insult doesn't cause everyone else in this thread to see how badly you were abused. Since 2000, which is 15 football seasons, you've pointed out like four big wins. Myself and some others dismantled his career by explaining to you what was really going on in the other 90 wins. But you don't want to hear it.
Bob Stools would disagree with you, but you probably think he's overrated too. Pills.

Leach at least got his team to the Big 12 title game and beat 35% of ranked teams he faced while at Texas Tech. Golden hasn't accomplished jack ****. I'm not saying Leach should be our next coach but he is a better coach than Golden.Leach may not be the answer but he 100x better than Al Golden.

My bad. TT finished tied for first in the Big 12 South in 2008 but the tiebreaker went to Oklahoma. Regardless, there is no chance that Al Golden could have taken Texas Tech to a Big 12 championship game. He can't even win the ACC Coastal with south Florida talent.Leach at least got his team to the Big 12 title game and beat 35% of ranked teams he faced while at Texas Tech. Which year was that?

It was a 3-way tie because Texas Tech beat Texas (who was ranked #1 at the time) and Oklahoma lost to Texas that year. I'm not arguing to hire Leach. I'm simply making the point that he is a better coach than Al Golden. My bad. TT finished tied for first in the Big 12 South in 2008 but the tiebreaker went to Oklahoma. The "tie-breaker" was a 65-21 loss to Oklahoma, so there wasn't really a tie.
I'm not sure how Al got brought into this. He sucks. No one disagrees with that. But you people look silly when you latch onto a loser like Mike Leach to make your point.
Ill probably fly it for the FSU game. Want to see how that issh looks in person.
