I have not followed the heath care stuff, but I have been doing merger and acquisitions since the seventies. That was one heck of a high ticket for Cedars with a major competitor across the street. Unless, of course, you are a sleaze like Donna and intend to steal patients from another partner. That debt load is very heavy.
