Yeah, key forgotten player. The idea that he’s forgotten is due to consistency & fact he never cost us. Surprisingly great addition.Good list Steve. I might sneak one guy into the list up from honorable mention. I was really nervous about the kicking game when we lost borregales. But man Carter Davis has been almost as good. 14-16 he’s hit long field goals he hit one late vs nd to win. and he’s been even better on kickoffs. Was expecting the kicking game to fall off some.
He's tied at 2 for me with Bain. Maybe 4 edges him out because of positional importance but 0 has been elite in every way. And I don't mean millenial "elite," I mean actually elite. And Fitzgerald gets an hm for filling in in his own way & excelling as a freshman.I’m putting K Scott at 3 or 4. He changed the defense with his elite coverage, tackling and blitzing at the nickel that we haven’t had for years. We have missed him since his injury. A special player
This best part is, 21 of the players you have listed could return next season. Add in an additional 21 blue chips from this recruiting class, a solid portal class and next seasons roster could be special. The future is extremely bright in Miami.1. Toney
2. Bain
3. Mesidor
4. Keionte Scott
5. Jakobe Thomas
6. Ahmad Moten
7. Mauigoa
8. Pringle (Honestly mostly because I think he's having a big impact at unlocking this offense last few weeks)
9. CJ Daniels
10. Justin Scott
11. Marquise Lightfoot
12. All 4 of our CBs
13. Poyser
14. Blay
15. Fletcher
16. Anez, Bell, and Okunlola
17. Bryce Fitzgerald
18. Blount
19. Marion
20. Brockermeyer, McCoy, Popo, Chase Smith, Upshaw, Moore, Lofton, Wes

At one point CIS was clamoring for Brown/Fletcher/Mesidor to be bench warmers cause they were overrated or not very good .. WILD times lolRemember when Brown needed to be moved to Safety?![]()
Him and Thomas have been game changers. I sure hope Scott heals up and gets to play.Keonte Scott should be #1a or #2. He's been the most impactful player on the field for at least 4 or 5 games.
8. Pringle (Honestly mostly because I think he's having a big impact at unlocking this offense last few weeks)
Yep, my cousin went to Miami Senior High with Roscoe and graduated the same year, that is correct Roscoe played QB in high schoolGreat list- good write up.
My M. Toney addition: I’d maybe offer that Toney has some Roscoe Parrish in him as much or more than some of those dudes. (Wasn’t Roscoe also a HS QB and also did some throws off of some of his sets while he was here?)
Can’t argue with that. I think Fitz did well against the ACC teams and all the kudos to him playing well but Scott got that rare skill of blitzing, play speed sideline to sideline and tackling in space. He's tied at 2 for me with Bain.
