My Post game recap

11 penalties!! you didn't mention how bad we were on 3rd down
Yup, absolutely horrendous on 3rd down on both sides of the ball.

Didn't get a 1st down on Offense until the 3rd quarter, Smfh. This coming off of being 29% ranked 125th in 3rd down conversion last year.

I'd love to hear someone ******* defend Richt starting Rosier over any of the 3 freshman right ******* now. ******* BS. I literally said this bs was going to happen.

The guys on the radio hit it spot on. Rather see a more athletic kid who can sling it more accurately even if they don't know the entire playbook. Quite frankly the playbook gets limited once they go live because Malik is just limited on what he can do.

If there was ever a time to pull the trigger it is this week.

Maybe I'm just drunk but I didn't see the part about Jeff Feagles ******* his own team in the ***.

Devil is in the details, field position and stupid penalties at the worst possible times opened the door for them to score in the 2nd quarter. In spite of everything else, we would have been very much in that game if LSU had to move the ball more than 30 yards before getting into FG range.
You're right I forget to add in my critique of Feagles, but I think it goes without saying lol.

He's terrible at it & kept the Defense in bad field position all game. By I did say we need to hire a Special Teams Coach.

My only hope is that now that the LSU game is out of the way, he won't have to worry about a freshman QB playing their first game on national tv, against LSU. Now with some scrubs coming up, bench Rosier and get on with the future. The time is now.

Hard to believe Richt can’t see Malik is a below average D1 QB, and at least give one of the young guns a chance. He has been quoted as sayin Jarren doesn’t know he offense well enough. I say let the kid’s athleticism take over on the field and run with your plain vanilla offense.

I get him wanting the QB to know what they are doing, I really do. However, when the guy that knows what to do can't run the O, what is the point of running that O? And if you can't run that O, why not run one the talented QB can run?

I briefly addressed the poor pass coverage, but you're 100% right, they were fckin awful.

And of course I tried to tell people all Offseason Dean was suspect. Idc about the 1 or 2 plays he made, he was getting schooled out there.

But the worst was our Run Defense, they couldn't stop a got **** Horsefly on a pile of sh*t.

The whole Defense was horrendous. The reason why I said our Pass rush was non existent, is because we didn't get a single sack the entire game, WTF is up with that?

I agree man, it's maddening. It seemed like we were in position a number of times tonight make a play tonight but couldn't finish Burrow off. Our tackling as a whole was a big disappointment actually. It was as if us, and not LSU was the team that didn't allow any live tackling during fall camp this year

I understand a lot of you will not like it, I'm fine with that, feel free to disagree.

No, I don't think the sky is falling, but got damnit man I'm tired of this sh*t smh.
You nailed it. Need an overhaul on offense. Defense was awful tackling and awful db play. I’m out of words for special teams. Feagles is the worst punter in D1 and I’m not gonna be confident in Baxta till he is consistent. He’s got a leg but he needs to make that second field goal.

Jon Richt needs to go, CMR needs a O Coordinator and Hartley needs to be tight ends only and recruit.

Stats: Malik Rosier - 15/35 259yds 42.8%cmp 1TD pass 2INT's, 16 carries 7yds rushing & 1TD

Defense gave up 156yds total rushing.

First let me start off by holding my L for Defending Manny & the Defense this offseason, I thought they would improve, but I was 100% wrong. Manny needs to go, unless we can get this thing turned around & go on a 12 game win streak, I've seen enough of Manny's Defense to know that he hit his peak last year & I don't see a whole lot of improvement going forward. Our pass rush/run Defense is non existent & our Pass Defense is equally as bad. I understand he's not going to be fired this season, but at the end of the year we need to find another option. No excuses.

Now... This god forsaken Offense needs to be overhauled, I was saying it all last year & this offseason, and I'm going to say it again, this Offense is archaic & predictable. The refusal to develop any of the young QB's reared its ugly head, Rosier is simply not the answer.

For the Fundamentalists who defended Rosier at every turn this offseason, I look forward to the continued excuse making. Those INT's were not his fault, that pick 6 wasn't his fault right? None of those overthrown balls when he had time were his fault either right?

Major programs all around college football are starting True & Redshirt Freshman, because they have actual OC's & QB coaches that can get them ready. And don't for 1sec try to tell me he won the QB competition fair & square, there was no QB comp, you can't get the young guys ready if you give all the 1st team reps to one guy. I don't expect us to get blown out like this again (I hope not), but I can see us losing at least 2 possibly 3 more games this season if we don't galvanize this team & wake them the fck up.

Maybe a QB change would do the trick, but if Richt sticks with Rosier come **** or high water (like I said he would back in the Spring), I hope he learns a valuable lesson about betting the house on an inaccurate 5th year Senior & refusing to adjust the Offense to fit our personnel.

We are a Spread Option team, we do not have the OL needed to run this long vertical Offense that is predicated on nothing but Deep ball throws & we don't have the OL necessary of being a traditional power run team. We need to run an Uptempo high octane Offense with a quick passing/rushing attack. Frost didn't beat anybody off talent alone last year, he killed teams with scheme that is centered around High-speed pace keeping Defenses off balance & shortening the field for his QB, which also opens up the run game.

Ultimately this all falls on Richt. He hired a bunch of questionable assistants with very little experience. I like all our Coaches, but no amount of burying your head in the sand can deny that our team has been out-coached in these big moments. This is now two 4 game losing streaks in the Richt era, can't keep doing the same thing over & over again expecting different results.

We need an OC, a REAL QB coach & a Special Teams Coach (Hartley just coach TE's & recruit). And Richt needs to quit hiring High School & inexperienced coaches expecting them to learn on the job. It was a fxckin embarrassment to get taken out behind the woodshed by an incompetent dope like Eddie Orgeron, can't let this happen again in ACC play this year, Richt better snap the **** out of it & get this team ready to go by 9/15 & 9/27, cannot afford to play like dogsh*t anymore.

On the bright side, Jeff Thomas, Deejay Dallas & Brian Hightower were the only ones who showed up tonight, those young guys played like they actually gave a ****. But otherwise, just about everybody else got smacked around & looked completely outmatched vs an average LSU team missing several key starters. This is not Miami football & it needs to be fixed immediately.

Other than a couple of bonehead penalties, defense was effective enough. You have to get Dean off the field. Killed us. He got pulled. Bandy getting tossed hurt us. Blades and Ivey played well enough and got valuable reps.

That long touchdown run was a blown assignment on the linebacker who inexplicably went outside and completely vacated his gap responsibility. Well blocked if he stays it is probably a 5 yard pick up. That isn't on Diaz. They picked up 108 yards on 39 carries. Miami gave up 298 yards. They were 3 of 16 on 3rd downs. Burrows was 11-24 for 140 yards. Hardly effective.

Mark won't do this, but this is exactly what he needs to do.

I like Manny's Defense. It's a **** of lot better than what was here before and he just needs some better personelle IMO. I think there was a busted play on that Brousette run where Jaquan blitzed and ******* Knowles was in the game. Then there was the pic 6 and continual bad field position by our punter. Other than that we hold them to around 20.

The real problem has been the offense. I see no difference really between Sealres & Kehoe... JonRicht/CMR & Coley... Cannot recruit a QB now going on 3 straight years. Still stuck on Golden/Coleys recruits (Rosier, even Perry was a Golden commit!) . You guys talk about how CMR is like a QB Guru - GTFO, Charlie Ward was like 25 years ago.

Put any of the young QBs out there, why die on the hill of Rosier

Can't believe they put Knowles back out there he can't play

Feagles, Knowles & Rosier are not Miami caliber not even Miami (OH) caliber

G-Will played his guts out, from the pre game scuffle to the last series. And what happened to AR82? Being at the game, it wasn't announced but he was not on the field a lot along with Homer who was noticibly limping.

Frustrating as **** especially with LSu fans sitting behind us who were so drunk they could barely walk and kept spilling their drinks on us. That is until I told them to get their **** together cause I didn't have sippie cups for them.

If he is ever going to pull the trigger with the season in front of us, then this week is the perfect time.

It blows my mind how blind people were to the defensive deficiencies while the turnover chain was glistening in their face.

Many Diaz is, and always has been a coach with a style designed for stupid fans, not winning at a high level.

best thing i have ever read about Corch Doritez
