We need stability...we can't keep going through this Coach search BS every 3yrs...I'd have absolutely no problem with Kiffin as our HC...But Cot ****...we can't keep paying buyouts every 3-4yrs...that sh*t is getting old....Lane wants the job??....fine, then let's get a contract in place where if he breaks camp in 2-3 yrs, his buyout drops significantly....and I mean SIGNIFICANTLY
