September 5th 1987 in the Orange Bowl a favored gator team got spanked. The gator (tastes like chicken) canceled our home and home series, making it until 2001 before we played again . The QB was Kerwin Bell and Emmitt Smith their RB. I had 50 individual bets with 50 gators. My seat in the OB was in the middle of gator fans. A DB was substituted by the gator and he defended a Steve Walsh pass. A Giant of a man stood up and said that was my boy. He did that a few times BUT then Michael Irvin gave him a move and went 76 tards for a TD. The Giant forgot to stand up so I did and said wasn't that your boy? A Deerfield Coach I was with grabbed my arm and said see how big that guy is. Nothing happened except some dirty looks. We won 31-4 and we scored their points for them. Knowing this was it until 2001 I didn't want to leave the OB. There is an undefined pleasure beating the crap out of a rival that deserted the series and I kept that feeling until 2001.

Can't recall the year, but when we played in Tampa. I was a kid and went with my mom and sister, and the vile **** the gator fans said to us was really eye-opening. They also vandalized our car, tore off the front Miami tag, both windshield wipers and the antenna.
I'll never forget Sam Jankovich jumping up and down on the sidelines in the endzone after Kosar threw the TD...good times!

The comeback simply because a Gator transfer beat them.
This is personally mine, but a close 2nd was beating their *** on Bourbon Street before beating their *** in the Sugar Bowl. We didn't wilt because of "the snub" like another school up north. We took it as a challenge and the Sugar Bowl was day 1 of of the 2001 title run.

Now if we're talking individual plays, I'm taking Mo Sikes with a 99-yard pick six in the Swamp when they thought they had hope.

84. Bernie to Eddie Brown to take the lead then a pick 6 last play of the game. We sang Goodbye, Charlie as it was Pell's last game before the gator went on probation.

This is a great Fraggle story.
Being belligerent at the stadium and taunting an opposing fan.

Moar.

Yeah, that 2003 game was something else.

Most satisfying game though? I think the 2001 Sugar Bowl where we tore Steve Spurrier a new ******* in the bowl game. Little fwaggot thought he was done with us when he canceled the yearly rivarly because he was too butthurt about getting whooped by us.

Fact is, he has never beaten us as a head coach. Not as the head coach at Florida, not as the head coach at South Carolina.
