Hahaha. This made me laugh. ***** sizzler. In the Northeast they had a chain called Ponderosa. Same concept. Had the balls to call themselves a steakhouse. Bunch of cheap grizzled “steaks” put in a tray on a buffet line while people are pickin through with tongs lookin for the one least likely to give them the runs. I imagine that’s how it was at sizzler and why I haven’t been in a Golden Coral yet.

Pretty much me the entire time. Plus I was bout to give a PP presentation & I had to delay several times. Lol

I used to hit up the Ponderosa as a kid. **** that was awful, looking back on it now that i know what real adult food is supposed to taste like.

Likewise. They knew what they were doing though. They introduced that sundae/salmonella bar and captured an entire generation of kids.

The Ground Round was similar. Movies while you eat and pay what you weigh!

Holy smokes. Ground Round. That’s some old school stuff. I remember the one in my town had this mobile popcorn maker and could fill up my bag anytime. Thought that was hot **** at the time. Terrible food though. But Ponderosa was on another level. I’ve never been in prison but I imagine a similar dining experience

Lol, LL. I will tell you that I am headed home for good in May 2022. Maybe I can seek your services then. I would love to you meet you. It has never been the fact that I was right or wrong about the team. My position is that the posting style of some of the "members" suggest that they are anything but fans and are enjoying what's going on with our struggles. Some of these fools have post counts in the thousands. I would even wonder if they would show up if we got good again.

Now 75.00 is a little cheap, I have to question the value of the mentoring.....or are you just a philanthropist?

I don’t recall any of those in the Northeast but I don’t mind a good smorgasbord. Looks like another defunct establishment. One of my favorite buffets is Nordic Lodge in RI. If you ever happen to go or be driving through RI, I highly recommend popping in for a meal.
