You wouldn't, but you want to make it look like you do so that they don't try to fvck you in recruiting.
 
Recruits want cristobal to be the coach too, and i heard players on the team want him too.

A couple people said a guy like amir rasul would come back to miami if cristobal gets the job. Said cristobal would get a good deal of the top guys in south florida in this class and would load up going forward.

well he will be out work shortly. So he can be scooped up by the next HC to handle recruiting.
 
Don't know what it is but people believe if he puts a good staff together he would be successful here.

I read he is a candidate for the ucf job. He needs to try and get that job a prove himself.

Shannon was 1000x more qualified. He had been a top 5 DC for a number of years. He had been a coach (not just a player) on NC winning teams.

And yet, he wasn't ready to be head coach at UM. Why on earth would you hire a guy who is less qualified and expect better results?
 
Not only do we not have a backup QB but the one we have looks like he's totally unprepared to enter the game when called on.
