When your having a star RB split reps with a guy that averages 3.5 yards a carry that's the definition of mismanagement.

Damien Berry averaged 5.4 ypc for his career and was 4.7 ypc in 2010 when he split time with Miller.

Anyone that says that Miller should have played as a freshman obviously isn't too familiar with Miller's situation. Redshirting that kid was one of the few things that Shannon got right.

He obviously just became a fan last year, he knows absolutely nothing about UM football.

“I remember a LB that was like really really good but he was totally mismanaged, he like didn’t play till his junior year and now he is a big time beast in the NFL. I can’t remember his name. Maybe it was Olivier, no wait he played DE here. But he was like super good, awesome player, but totally mismanaged believe me it’s true”

Olivier only played DE here bc we ran a 3-4. In a 4-3 scheme he plays LB like he does right now in the NFL.
