Looks like Mr. Ed got stuck in the tanning bed.

He has the ability to identify talent. He doesn't have the ability to run a successful program to attract that talent to sign with the school. He doesn't have the ability to develop that talent into a better player. Finally, he doesn't have the ability to coach a winning game or hire underlings who will.

The point is that recruiting is just a small piece of the pie and this Smart article is written by a fanboy that UGA people will call a slurper if Smart falls flat on his face.
