It's not necessarily applicable to these kids as I don't remember them saying it but you gotta love the kids that say they need to go away to school (to schools like Notre Dame) to get out of the implied crime/danger in their home cities........and then they still end up arrested and playing around with guns in Bumfuk, USA.
 
If this would have been 5 UM players it would have been the lead story on ESPN. Also, since it is ND it will be

You left out the weapons charge and now one of them is facing an assault on an officer charge too. That's moot though as you're obviously missing the point (while somehow proclaiming their innocence). This is about the hypocrisy of holier-than-thou Notre Dame and to a lesser degree the stupidity of the Florida kids still getting in this kind of trouble in freakin' Indiana- the "heartland of America" as opposed to the mean streets of Florida.

No worries. It's not like they ever covered up a rape that ended with a suicide or their coach's negligence ever caused a student to fall to his death. Nah, just keep paying attention to Golic & son's constant infomercial for the school on ESPN.....when the network takes a breather from disseminating SEC propaganda.

Not even being sarcastic here as a reply to your nonsense but when was the last time a Cane was charged with a gun related offense? I'm legitimately asking as I don't recall. And AGAIN this is more about Notre Dame's little phony image than about some moral judgment on these specific charges/kids.

Didnt we have a S get shot in the butt, and I think it was Merriweather who shot back at the guys. No one was charged with anything, but thats the last gun related incident I can remember.

*Yup Willie Cooper got shot in the butt nd in self-defense, Merriweather returned fire

Thankfully those weren't canes. Had they been, we'd have a the usual cvnts calling for them to not only be kicked out of school, but permanently banned from football.

Never forgetting the vags on this board that wanted multiple game suspensions and even outright dismissal of Walton, for having a sip of a bud light.
