For clarity. Butch was Jimmy's DL coach and recruiting co-coordinator. He recruiter JJ's players. JJ won NC with said players. JJ left a monster team full of those players(recruited by Butch) for Dennis. Dennis then won 2 NC's with the players Butch recruited who JJ left behind. Add those to the one Butch recruited for himself and left for Larry and you have a the unavoidable fact that Butch Davis recruited ALL but one of our 5 NCs. Without Butch, maybe JJ is a burst: certainly Dennis would have been. So two outside coaches won NC's with Butch's recruits and one inside promotion(Larry) won one. Common denominator is BUTCH DAVIS recruits.

there was nothing special with how fsu beat miami, it doesnt take a rocket scientist to say yo lets get cook matched up with a miami linebacker n have him cross the field n throw it to him. that victory was won on national signing day 2014 anyone who says otherwise is retarded. when bama hired saban it was said that u guys got the best recruiter not coach.
