I dont think its that. I think it happens to be the only reliable receiver we have currently for an offense that has struggled to throw thus far this year.

Yes let’s be positive it’s the way to be when adversity steps upon your door. I want to say that if we can effectively run Saturday night I will be less skeptical about our offensive style.
After the spring game I posted a cynical review of what I saw as a rink a dink offense not geared to act favorably to our phenom QB. So some say the run opens up the pass I bought into that and since have not mentioned it again. So time went by and months later what improved was the complete genius of utilizing a great talent like Xavier and that offset some of the glaring problems we still had at the receiver position.
But is or was it a problem because receivers were dropping balls? Or because we were dropping balls because there is so little to our psssing game that it just has become a counterproductive dynamic of the larger issue which is that we don’t have it on our priority list. So now we scramble to replace our most effective , reliable receiver and a inspiration and leader to this team before a game of great magnitude very hard to do in a short time, but please don’t blame the players.

I think George is the best route runner on the team but that’s just my opinion. Hope he gets targets. Redding is weird but he can get off the line

And the line just went up to 6 from 5.5 and when the news about X gets completey out it will go to 7 by game time as I predicted and was castigated for predicting this But the caviat to this is I think our Canes win the game
